Reference:RCon Commands
From JAWiki
If you are in-game, make sure you add /rcon before the below commands. If you are out of game, /rcon is not necessary. Here are some commonly used commands that I use from time to time on my server. Note, that these changes will not take effect unless the commands themself are edited in the server.cfg.
status: Shows the IPs of all currently connected players. Also shows what each player's rate and port are set at.
addbot: Using a command such as /rcon addbot alora Adds a bot to the server. Depending on what your jp_fakeclients names are set to which bot, the bot may enter as normal, or with a different name you choose.
bot_minplayers # : This command determines the minimum amount of players that must be on the server at all times. If you set the value to 4 for example when there are current 2 people connected, you should see 2 bots filling the places where normal players can enter. If the player count goes above or equal to this value, no bots should be present. Setting this value to 0 allows for bots to never be kicked.
exec: If there are any files in the base folder of the server that you wish to exec, the same command as if the files were in your base may be used, knowing that you must add /rcon before it.
kick allbots: This command is very useful when wanting to bypass the tedious task of kicking individual bot clients.
kick all: Kicks everyone off the server, including you.
